Question

PSDC files say synced but are not

After successfully using for some time, my PSDC iPad files are no longer matching those on PSDC iMac - but there's no error message, Creative Cloud says up to date.  Adequate additional storage seems to be availble, no storage message.... please help?

Thanks,

S. Morley

check your cc storage to see where the problem lies. ie, use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com  (be sure to check "launch more" here)

    https://lightroom.adobe.com

    https://documentcloud.adobe.com

    https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.

Thank you - did this and made sure all delted files are cleared, so even more space is available.  But....no change.  My iPad has current PS, as does my desktop (Mac)...and some files are common to the PSDC cloud on both, but others are not. It appears that some of the PSDC files are "stuck" in iPad, with wheel/arrows symbol beside each (as opposed to checkmark or cloud icon on the files that are synced and appear on both devices.)  Selecting the file on iPad only opens it, doesn't sync, and the cloud on desktop indicates all files are synced, updated syncs have no effect.   Is it possible to manually sync these files? Workflow is useless if projects can't be accessed, very bad small business day 😞

Update: while files can't be shared, export does work - so manually moving these for now.  But a workable cloud would be preferred for sure...so any help appreciated

Thank you - none of these seems to address my scenario unfortunately.  My iPad has current PS, as does my desktop (Mac)...and some files are common to the PSDC cloud on both, but others are not.
