Question about using my applications within my account.

First thanks for taking the time to look at this post.

I have had a Creative Cloud account for myself for many years now. I have been using it on my main PC in conjunction with my Flexi Sign software. All well and good. I also have a laptop and sometimes would like to do some 'quick' work on laptop as I also have a licence of Flexi Sign on it. Sometimes I need to manipulate files in Illustrator first before bring them in to Flexi.

Therefore my questions is, can I use CC on the laptop while at home. Then back at work use CC on the desktop. I will only be using one at a time, 1 licence. Is this interchangability possible within the CC licence for a single licenced user or not? If it is possible, how do I do it? Do I need to delicence each device each time I use it?
