"!" quick way to relink 33K photos?

After the "Failed to initialize" problem I have 33K photos that have the ! in them. Is there a quick way to relink those images?

i'm not sure what you're describing, but if it's a cc desktop sync problem

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
