Quiz Review Seems to Stop Score Reporting to LMS

Hi, 

 

I've hidden the review button behind the retake quiz button.  So learners can only review the quiz if they have passed.  But if they click and review their quiz answers then later click to exit the course their results from the quiz seem to be lost and do not report the the LMS. 

 

Is there an issue with the quiz review button stopping score reporting? 

 

How do I enable learners who pass the quiz to review their incorrect answers AND have their score also reported to the LMS?
