The Cloud version of InDesign and AcrobatPro behave as the old buggy CS3. Why are we paying so much to go backwards? Yes I have a strong internet connection.

    @Katie23299582evi4.

    Not sure what you mean by buggy.  I have no major complaints on my Win 10 workstation.  Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU, GPU, RAM & HD requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps perform well on:

    • Windows 10 versions 21H2, 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported;)
    • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

    If you do find repeatable bugs, you should report them to Adobe User Voice where they will be logged & addressed by the product team.

    Thanks, I am have a 2.3 dual-core intel core i5 processor, am running 12.0.1 Monteray, have 409.1GB available out of 499.83GB.

    InDesign: The screen displays as if there is an open path... the color covers the page in a diagonal. I have to keep changing the zoom view to clear it. The tabs freeze up. I have to save/quit/restart to have such simple function work.

    Acrobat Pro: Creating forms the field take ions to move. It's not auto detecting fields in grids. The fields flicker.

    That sounds a lot like a GPU Performance problem.  Do you have the latest graphics drivers for your video card?

    To use GPU Performance, your Mac should have a minimum of 1024 MB of VRAM (2 GB recommended), and your computer must support Metal or minimum OpenGL version 4.0 or greater.

    Have you tried turning GPU Performance off in InDesign Preferences?
