    you may be having the same issue doesn't mean the issue is from the same cause.  copy and paste a screenshot of the error message you're seeing when trying to sync files.

    in the future, copy and paste screenshots; do not attach them.

     

    reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

    Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
    Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
