Yes I am experiencing the same problem on my dwscktop windows 8.1. The Adobe RAW updated then when I tried to open the PS app midway through loading it puts up an error 'DISK ERROR'

    you os is not compatible with more recent cc app nor with ps versions, Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements

     

    you may be able to squeeze more usage out of previous versions but you'll need  to remove/stop updates.
