I am on 1GBit connection and Premier Pro PKG is taking forever (on 3% after ten minutes) this is not my network issue this is Adobe throttling its bandwidth.  We pay BIG money for this and Adobe are holding our software to ransom. Poor show Adobe. We have a few hundred licenses worth a fortune and for what? A very very long wait to download just one app.

ADOBE IS THROTTLING ITS BANDWIDTH!!!!!!! now 2021 : (

Adobe doesn't 'throttle' their bandwidth, and it would be totally ridiculous for them to do so. What on earth would they gain?

I've been 'around' numerous discussions of this problem, and they always end up being 'solved' by either network allowance or security settings or whatnot on the individual computer, issues on a local network, a router setting, a corporation's security setup, or the ISP.

Can it be dang difficult to sort out at times? Yep. And irritating as Hades. Full sympathy on that, had the issue myself one time. And finally found the issue in a Windows update that stifled all Adobe (and similar) downloads. Took me a week to get the blame thing figured out.
