Receiving Error 500 when trying to download apps

for the past few days everytime i try to download creative cloud it says error 500.

 

the clock is correct time.

vpn turned off/firewall turned off.

Check the GlobalSign Root CA certificate.

Resetting the hosts file

install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

Hi @GOOF , do you mind sharing a screenshot of where you're seeing the error 500? Is it in the browser when you try to download the installer or is the installer showing the error?
