Recently CC refuses to sync any of our files

Total storage for our team is 100 GB.

Total size for all of our files is 75 GB.

It was working up until September, now all that happens is it runs through and "syncs" all 6000 files and they all fail, and then it just repeats the process. Is this a know error, is Adobe's cloud basically down?

Really a poor cloud storage service.
