Recurring Issue: Creative cloud libraries not initializing
Hi,
I am having a recurring issue that seems to happen every few days for no apparent reason. I've been on help chat with adobe several times, and while I now can fix the issue, the problem is that I have to keep fixing the issue.
What I'd like to figure out is why this keeps happening. The only way I've been able to fix is to run the cleaner application and then resintall Creative Cloud. Then I have to wait for my libraries to repopulate. This is a time suck and I'd rather not have to do this as often as I have to. Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone figured out if there is an underlying cause?
