Refund for an annual subscription charged yesterday

Hi. My sister used my card for a free trial of the Adobe Acrobat reader app but didn't cancel it on time. I got changed for an annual subscription on June 5. I requested a refund through Google within an hour after the charge but was rejected. I tried searching here and saw the Acrobat Mobile cancellation form and filled it up but I'm not sure if the form was still working. Google said that I need to contact the developer of the app but I'm not sure how to do that. Can someone help me get my money back?

Correct answer Peru Bob

For subscriptions purchased through third-party providers such as AppleGoogle, or Microsoft, follow their specific cancellation process.

You will have to cancel and get your refund from Google.

@Natas801

  1. Month-to-month leases cost more per month and are subject to rate increases. But your plan can be stopped whenever you want without penalty.
  2. Annual subscriptions cost less per month and the price is guaranteed for 12 months. But you must pay every month for 12 months of service.

Choose the right plan for your needs. 😉

Ask your sister to pay the fees she committed you to.

This is between you and Google Play Store, not Adobe. See below.

Next time, don’t share accounts & credit card details with family members.😉

You need to take your card back and make your sister pay you for what she did

Hi. I already cancelled and requested a refund from Google just like I said in my post, but they rejected me. What would be the next steps? :(

contact google.  adobe has no say in how google handles its individual subscriptions/apps.
