Refund request

Hi team, i was charged for a subscription a day before it is about to supposedly renew i already cancelled the subscription via google play. But still i was charged. This is for photoshop express. Can someone assist me

Alternative Method -Customers can still request it themselves via their Google Play Order History if the purchase was made within the last 48 hours.Subscription Management -Active subscriptions can be canceled through the Google Play "Subscriptions" menu to prevent future billing.Direct Intermediation -Adobe support agents can initiate and request cancellations and refunds on behalf of the customer for products purchased through the Google Play Store.

Good evening Adobe Team, recently tried to work on a pdf document with Adobe and I couldn't get it right. I unsubscribed but my sister, whose credit card I used told me she was debited #11,500. She had to go to her bank to unsubscribe, that's when I noticed I was still subscribed but then I was charged 11,500 for nothing. Money was taken from my sister's account without consent. Kindly look into from the app and please refund her 11,500..that's alot of money which is also very different from the displayed subscription amount, almost 10× the amount.. Attached is the evidence of transaction. Please come to our aid. Thank you.
