Remove Library Assets Permanently

It seems that I cannot permanently remove any deleted library assets in the Creative Cloud Assets site. Each time I select one and select "Permanently Delete," it loads for a couple of minutes, then says "Could not delete some assets permanently." This happens no matter what type of asset it is, even small ones like color swatches.

Has anyone else run into this issue? I have a bunch of deleted video files piling up in my deleted folder, since libraries still struggle with video assets.
