Removing contents of 'Creative Cloud Files' folder on only one machine

Hello,

My girlfriend has my CC account installed on her computer for when she needs to use InDesign here and there. I just realized that her machine has downloaded and synched my entire CC Synced Files folder, and it is bogging down her system. 

I just want to confirm 100% that if I turn off sync on her machine, and delete the files from her computer, that it won't remove them from the Cloud or my computer. That would be bad.
