Repeated logout for creative cloud shutting down all apps
Has anyone experienced repeated logouts by Creative Cloud Desktop App? The result is that I have to sign in again and I lose whatever I had been working on - and I have to login again. This happens every 15-30 minutes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times. I am running Mac OS 10.14.6 on a 2017 MacBook Pro (16 G 2133 MHz LPDDR3). The only help I have received from Support is a link to download my 3 most used apps without CC. Can't access fonts. My subscription for 1 year has 10 months left....
Any experience resolving this problem --- anyone?
