REPLACING FILES ERROR

Hi. I am having a problem with replacing my existing AI files on creative cloud with updated version of the same file. It shows the message attached. Would really appreciate if someone could help me with this.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
