I thought all my folders were backed up in Dropbox.

I got this messege:
Can’t load without file extension.
when I try to download I see this file:

Is there any possible to restore it?

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Creative Cloud forum so that proper help can be offered.
