Restore purchase button not working

Hi, I've been working on photoshop on my iPad for a couple of days. Today it has kicked me out...I have tried to sign back in but it keeps telling me to restore my purchase...the issue is that the button on the app does not seem to work. 
I have restarted my iPad, uninstalled and reinstalled the app signed in and out....I still seem to be having the same issue. 
urgently need help as I am working towards a deadline.

    As far as I know (I don't work for Adobe, so this is from reading other messages) when you buy from the Apple store you must fix problems at the Apple store

     

    HOWEVER - do you have an account that you bought from Adobe?

    Hi, I've posted a message on the App Store too...unfortunately I used my Apple ID to set up me account 😔
