Reuse name of deleted portfolio

My portfolio was deleted when my subscription lapsed. I renewed my subscription and recreated my portfolio, but Adobe says the original

portfolio name - my primary domain name- is "in use" and cannot be attached to my recreated portfolio. How can I assign the original (deleted portfolio) domain name to my new portfolio?
