I haven't used this, but it says it can do that by remapping a key:

Every standard Windows keyboard has a menu button. This is usually below the right shift key, in line with the space bar. Few people seem to be trained in its use, but it will usually do the same thing as a right click.

My logitech Solar keyboard doesn't. There is a FN key.

A strange thing to be missing from a "premium" keyboard. I would have sent it back. However, there are often alternatives, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menu_key

Is there anyway to do a Right Click from a keyboard in any OS and Program?

Using the Tab key to highlight the thing/link/option you want to right click on and then ???????

    None that I have found.
