Safe to delete 'Adobe' folder from Documents?

I've noticed I have a 1GB 'Adobe' folder inside my 'Documents' folder on MacOS

Is it safe to remove this?

Temporarily move it to another location and see if it affects anything.

is that your adobe sync folder?

if so, you can assign its location elsewhere using the cc desktop app upper left hamburger menu>file>preferences>syncing.
