See which user has added to library

Is there a way to see which user has added something to the library? We've got 10+ users with access to our libraries and I'm finding a lot of random assets being added that shouldn't be. It would be good to pinpoint where these are coming from.

We did initially try it with 'can view' access for some users but as they can't use any of the assets it was essentially useless.
