Select frame for video thumbnail in Adobe Portfolio

Hi! not sure how to use Communities, but Portfolio REALLY needs to let us choose the thumbnail in our videos! A default frame is NOT acceptable! Any info on how to get this to the right person is appreciated. Please help! Thanks! 🙂

Hi @kellyb64856778,

Portfolio doesn't have that option for video. However if you upload video to YouTube or Vimeo, you can choose your preferred poster frame (aka thumbnail image).

Then use Portfolio's embed module to bring your YouTube or Vimeo video into your Portfolio page. See below for details.

still there is no feature that you can choose a thumbnail from your uploaded video?

And there probably never will be. Adobe Portfolio is not a video sharing site like YouTube or Vimeo. It's an online site builder that comes free with your paid subscription.
