Send/Share A Link Not Working
For the past week, sending or sharing video files via the cloud has either been very slow to generate a link or not working at all. Seems to only be affecting video files. If I right click audio, image or document files, then click the "send a link" option, the web browser opens, the link generator pops up and a link is generated.
If I do this same thing with a video file, .mov or .mp4 have been tested, the link generator box just spins and spins.
I have tried this on 3 different computers, with three different Creative Cloud Teams Accounts, with numerous video files... all with the same result.
Any help is appreciated!
