Sending my portfolio website to my other Adobe account

Hi there, 

I have created my digital portfolio on my school's account on Adobe Portfolio, and now that I graduated, and won't have access to that account any longer, I created my own Adobe account and would like to bring that website from my previous account to the new one. Would that be possible? Let me know what I am able to do without having to create the whole thing again 🙂
