SERIOUSLY UNSOLVABLE ISSUE

HI,

I WAS USING ADOBE CC WITH A SCHOOL EMAIL, WHICH GOT DISABLED A FEW DAYS AGO.

I HAVE GOTTEN A NEW LICENCE, THIS TIME FROM UNIVERSITY (ANOTHER ORGANISATION).

I CANNOT USE ADOBE CC, BECAUSE IT ENDLESSLY ASKS ME TO SIGN-IN AGAIN, AND IT IS AN ENDLESS LOOP WHERE I CLICK "SIGN-IN AGAIN" AND IT LEADS ME TO THE SAME PAGE.

 

I HAVE UNINSTALLED AND RE-INSTALLED ADOBE CC.

I HAVE RUN THE ADOBE CLEANER APP AND CLEARED MY ADOBE APPS.

I HAVE RE-INSTALLED CC AND STILL NOTHING, WHILST MY NEW LICENCE DOES WORK ON THE WEB PAGE.

 

I would be very grateful if someone could give me some assistance on this matter as I do not know what to do. I really thougt the cleaner app (as dramatic as it is, with having to stop background processes and everything) would solve it.

I am also having this exact same issue and cannot find a solution that works for me.

I got it to work using the cleaner.

What exactly did you do? That page just tells me that it should be working....
