je n'arrive pas à avoir accés au service client, lors me dernière discution il n'ont pas répondu à mon message et on fermé la discution. Commnet les contacter ?

      Le problème, je voulais un renseignement pour être mensualisé pour mon abonnent photographie et la personne que j'ai eu en chat à résilié mon abonnent sans me le demandé et confirmé, du plus il a quitté la conversation sans m'informé des modalités de remboursements et formule de politesse.
      J'ai contacté par la suite une nouvelle fois le service client par chat, et la personne n'a pas su me répondre, je pense qu'il y a un vrais manque de compétemce de leur part.

      J'ai fini par téléphoner et là on me dit que c'est pas possible d'annuler la résiliation, je dois me réhabonner. La personne c'est excusé mais pour moi c'est domagable, aucun geste de leur part.
