Shape Drawing not showing

We created a share folder in adobe creative cloud sync files So we can comments and draw the files for revisions. But we are having issues with draw shape feature it doesn't seems to appear in both of our sides.  It says its "Unmapped Comments". 

My question is how can I changed the setting to be "mapped comments"?
