Share files and make backups

Hello,

I work for a company in Quebec City and for the last 2 weeks we are 2 graphic designers working on different projects. I was wondering what was the most efficient way to share our files and make backups?

 

Does the Adobe Cloud allow us to share files easily?

 

We work mainly with Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effect. The files are quite large.
