how do I get to my file folders in the cloud?

You can either get to your files in Adobe Creative Cloud from the Creative Cloud Desktop app (if you've downloaded it). Or by going to creative.adobe.com and logging in with your Adobe ID.

If you're using Creative Cloud Desktop app, the files actually reside on your local computer. You can click the Files tab and choose Open Folder as a quick way of getting to them.
