Share for Review links showing an OFFLINE ERROR

Open the Home Icon in your Creative Cloud app to view them"

This message shows up when opening the link instead of my work review page.
The share for review was working yesterday.
I've rebooted, signed out and back into adobe... everything is up to date.
I've tried with 2 adobe accounts....
