Shared Folder fails to sync

Hello

We have a shared folder set up for our team. Five people have access to this, four are in one office, one is based around 15 miles away.

When we add a file, the file syncs perfectly to the four of us in the office, however it fails to sync to the remote location.

Anyone have any idea why this is?
