Question

Shared Library not appearing in Creative Cloud Assets

I was shared an asset library from a client, but no sign of the library appears in my creative cloud assets. I have double checked that the correct email was used to share the library with me. Additionally, I requested the client share the library with my (verified) secondary email assosiated with my account. In both instanced i recieved an email notification of the shared library, but nothing ever appears on the CC side of things.

I called adobe support to confirm I only have 1 account assosiated with me email. Need help accessing library.

Hi Editor_ES,

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Normally in the email they sent to you there is a blue button that will say "Start Collaborating" when clicking this it should open a browser window (may prompt you to sign in) taking you to your assets online. You should see an option to join the collaboration there online. I think this is the URL: https://assets.adobe.com/files?dialog=notifications

After accepting it there it should appear in your libraries. Did you complete all these steps?

Best,

-Dave

Unfortuneatly on both my primary and secondary email when clicking on the blue "start collaborating" button it takes me to my online library where nothing is there. I have no notifications or shared library assets available to me. I have requested the client reshares the library multiple times, each time there is no success.

Thanks for the testing. Do you by chance have the case # from when you contacted support? Is the email you're using here on the forums the same as which the shared library is not appearing?
