Sharing a link from macOS Finder (Catalina) does not work

Any attempt to share a link to one of "My Creative Cloud Files" in the latest macOS (10.15.6) seems flaky.  I can get it to work once, immediately after rebooting the iMac, but then the icon overlays (those little green dots with a checkmark) disappear.  A file added to the folder does appear to sync with the Cloud, but there is no way to share a link to that file without launching a Web browser and logging into my files on Adobe Cloud.  It would be much more convenient to do it via Finder, but that option disappears after the first attempt.
