Question

Sharing folder or file via brings to "This link is no longer valid" screen.

After generating the sharing URL you get to a black page saying "This link is no longer valid" even if sharing is "open".

This is happening both for single files and folder sharing.

I've been facing this issue several times, today with a client subscription.

Sometimes I had to close sharing and re-generate another link but it does not work everytime.

Any help? Thanks.

L.

Hey Lorenzo, I'm having similar problems, so I think the cc cloud solution is still a bit glitchy. Weird thing is that if you click the link 'view your files' it suddenly works...

Anyway, I hope this gets solved. Also, putting really big files generates bugs, because (I think) it crashes on generating previews.

Cheers, Stefaan

Hi Lorenzo Colloreta,

I am sorry to heard you having issues with sharing your assets with Creative Cloud. Are you still experiencing the same issue?. Could you tell me what browser you are using.

Thanks

Warner

Happened with my own AdobeID, OSX and Chrome as well as on a client's system with their AdobeID, Windows 8, IExplore and Chrome.

Seems a random Adobe server issue. You have to cancel and re-generate the link several times in order to work.

Hi Warner,

it's certainly a server glitch, most of the time links are OK, but it's not good when happening in front of a client/student while demoing this feature, nor when you need to share a link while at the phone.

To be honest I wanted to test it again, and in this RIGHT MOMENT I get a general access error to CC Files section (Which is, BTW, NOT listed in the CC Dashboard status)...

Hi,

We are currently investigating the issue.

Thanks

Warner
