Sharing Problem

I have made uploaded and shared 7-8 QT H.264 movies to the cloud. I just made 2 more and upload them to the Cloud and when I want to share them I got a message that it could not be share at this time. Any ideas?

Depending on the file type used, I wondered if this might be the cause, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cannot-share-certain-types-files.html

We are working on adding a folder sharing feature which will allow users to share files privately rather than publicly and not have this restriction.
