sharing subfolder

hello

is it possible to have a structure of collaborating folders..

there should be one folder where the grafik designers are able to colaborate

and this folder contains subfolders for collaboration with writers

and I don't know how to do that

when I choose a  subfolder for colaboration with the writers I can only collaborate on the mainfolder

is there any way to achieve my structure ??
