Slow upload to creative cloud

Question

Hello all, I have adobe CC install on my work mac and I use it to share file. Problem is, it's very slow to upload anything so not ideal when a client or collaborator is waiting for something.

Yes I have very fast upload and downloads and it doesn't take nearly as long on Vimeo.

What's the problem? Is CC just S**t? It seem it has been an isssue for a few years already.

Also, why is there no upload status with a progress bar? The little CC icon in the top right corner doesn't tell me if I'm 5% or 90% which is very frustrating.

We're sorry for the delay. Are you still experiencing the issue? Please try updating the Creative Cloud Desktop Application to check if that makes any difference. You can also try to upload the file to the cloud and check if you're getting the progress bar there or not. We're here to help.
