Some collaborators unable to "accept" their library invitations

Hi,

The team I am on heavily uses Creative Cloud to share our design templates. When I tried to invite everyone to a series of libraries only a few are able to accept. The rest will click the "Accept" button but then it does nothing.

Is there a suggested fix for this?
