Some files failed to sync - Unable to sync "file" due to server error

Hi, i'm having a problem with my creative cloud desktop app. Currently i'm given the message 'Some files failed to sync'. I've signed out and back in again, I've closed the app several times, and i've restarted/shut down my mac a few times but nothing solves the issue. I've had a similar problem previously which was resolved when I sent my log files to somebody. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Hi Rajshree,

Thanks for you message but that didn't really help, the first post asked for the user to send their log files. If you want me to send you mine i'm happy to do that. The last post was my own from a previous problem but that's not relevant on this occasion as I have plenty of storage space left on my mac.

Any ideas?

Hi Jamie,

Are you still facing this issue?. You mention you had a similar issue before, what was this issue and have you tried to resolve it as before?
