Hello.

This error comes out when syncing cloud documents. *something is preventing syncing*

All methods described for this problem are done. No result.
There is one account on all devices. There is enough memory.
I uninstalled Photoshop and installed it again.
IPad pro, Windows 10

What could be the reason?
Does Adobe Creative Cloud work in Thailand?

@default46po5jkb3zl9,

This discussion is a year old.  Please start a new topic and provide some details about your system & workflow.

In the meantime, please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.

NOTE:  Effective July 14, 2021 Adobe servers require TLS 1.2 connections.

That happens to me when my internet connection is slow. I feel your frustration but I'm not sure it's anything that can be adjusted in your software or computer.

You can check the Adobe System status report below.  Everything appears to be OK.

See "Unable to sync files."

Thank you, but the problem remains. Where else could there be a reason?
