Something went wrong initializing creative cloud libraries

None of the "how to work around the error" suggestions to fix the problem hasn't work for me. Uninstalling and reinstalling the whole cloud creative app + illustrator didn't solve the problem. Is there any other alternative to get this thing working again?

I found a potential solution! I also tried all the (currently) documented solutions, including a full re-install of all adobe software. It didn't fix the error. Resetting my password apparently resolved the issue. It may have been some kind of faulty cache, not sure. Try this:

1) Do all the documented steps

2) Sign out of Creative Cloud Desktop

3) Sign out of the Adobe website from your default browser

4) Reset your Adobe password from the browser.

5) Sign into the Creative Cloud desktop app using your new password.

first, reset the cc app:

reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Literally the first thing I tried, using the troubleshooting page that the error links to on Adobe. Tried it again, didn't work.
