Insufficient HD space is a big problem.  I've been there, it's no fun.

  • Uninstall non-essential programs.
  • Move data files to externals.
  • Defragment primary HD.
  • Get a bigger computer.

@Mohd308807514i82

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

I have the same issue - not enough space.  Currently looking to upgrade desktop, what operating system /storage should i be looking for in order to run all the apps in Creative Cloud?

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use.  Check each one.

Depending on workflow,  you may need more than these bare bones recommendations.  For example, your operating system alone could require 4GB of RAM + 12.5GB of storage.

Haris, I am sorry, but the drive that contains the operating system will continue to be used to store files for the download and install process, regardless of the location you specified for the install location.

Instead of focusing on customizing the install location, I would recommend you focus on freeing up space on the C: drive.  You will gain a lot more savings by transferring videos, music, and other documents to a different drive.  As a rule of thumb, you should always have at least double the amount of free space, on the hard drive with the operating system, as the amount of installed RAM.
