Question

Spaces in filenames

If I save a file to my CC sync folder, and the filename has a space, my browser replaces the space with a %20 like in URLs. But if I change the filename from the Your Work page in the browser, and then download the file, the space is preserved. Is it good practice not to use spaces in filenames when working in CC?

I started using a computer back in DOS days when file names were limited to 8 characters, so even with longer names allowed now I never use spaces in names... use a dash - or an underscore _ instead

Through additional testing, I found that JPGs are the only file type where spaces are left intact. All other files get the %20 in place of the space.
