Spark Brand - Created on Desktop Not on iOS

I hope that I am in the right place for ths post. I have created my brand for Spark on the desktop/web app side. However I do not see it on my iOS devices in either Spark Post or Sprak Video. What am I doing wrong to get this to show up on my iOS devices. I see add my brand in the apps, but whenver I do it says to go to the website to get more info and create one. It is a vicous loop.
