storage different on cloud vs individual apps

what the title says: my creative cloud manager says i only have 4 GB of cloud storage, but my lightroom, premiere, indesign, illustrator, and photoshop say i have 100 GB. should i ignore this and just continue working or is my storage used up?

open your cc desktop app

click the cloud icon at the upper right

click cc web

check your files in the various categories including deleted file, lightroom and spark.
