Storage Subscription Upgrade Not Working

I purchased 20 GB storage through the Creative Cloud app but my storage limit has not increased.  Adobe tech support sent me to Apple tech support who sent me back to Adobe tech support.  I am getting an error message sometimes that says 'internal error'.  If I attempt to repurchase the service, the app says that I am already subscribed to this service.  I've tried everything!  Please help!!!

Next time you get the internal error could you capture and share a screen shot?
