Storing adult content in my Cloud Files/Documents and Lightroom

What are the rules regarding the storage of adult (NSFW) photos and videos in my Creative Cloud Files/Documents and Lightroom? Is it OK? Everything would be kept private, at most sharing it with one or two collaborators. And of course, everything is legal, among consenting adults, nobody's harmed, and so on.

I skimmed through the Terms of Use linked below, but there are words like "lewd" and "obscene" which are kinda subjective.

I'm new to Creative Cloud and this is my first post here, so my apologies if this is the wrong community or anything like that.

Thanks!

I spoke to a representative using the chat. In case anyone else needs an answer to this question, the conversation was basically:

Me: I would like to know if I can store adult content in Creative Cloud, keeping it private, perhaps shared with a collab or two.
Rep: You can store anything as long as it's within the terms and conditions.
Me: Do those terms and conditions allow adult content?
Rep: Yes, as long as it's legal.

That's about as conclusive and authoritative an answer as I can hope to get. There's always the chance that they'll invoke some article in the future if they want to, but I think everything will be OK if nothing dumb is done.

Thanks everyone for your replies.

This is a public forum with VERY FEW employees who read here, and the ones who do read here are support people who may or may not know Adobe's policy on adult contact

I don't know if this will help, but here is how you contact Adobe

Adobe, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704 USA Tel: 408-536-6000 Fax: 408-537-6000

Be aware that Adobe does perform Content Analysis via machine learning on content stored in the Creative Cloud on their servers. Nothing local. Adobe states that content analysis is performed to improve their products and services,

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/machine-learning-faq.html

It's on by default but you have the option to opt out following the steps in the article above.

Yes, I've read reports of people having their adult content deleted or their accounts closed at other cloud storage services, even if they weren't sharing it. Although no human looks at the content on their end, they use AI to flag it as inappropriate.

There are suggestions such as encrypting files, but I don't want to hide my content to get around restrictions. If Adobe doesn't allow it, I'll store it elsewhere.

Paragraph 4.1 of the Terms of Use linked below states that they consider it abusive if "adult content has been posted outside of the adult wall", so it seems like it's allowed within that wall. It doesn't explain what that wall is, but I suppose anything private is within it.

Paragraph 6.9 forbids content that is "obscene", "vulgar", "lewd", "or otherwise objectionable", which could well include adult content, although it does say that one cannot share such content.

An official answer would be reassuring.

i think adobe support might be more helpful than corp hq.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

as long as adobe's not associated (ie, they are kept private), there should be no problem.  ie, adobe doesn't check your files.
