Storing downloaded assets in Creative Cloud

I collect free assets and design elements from many different websites, such as Creative Fabrica, Design Cuts, and Envato Elements. I also have Adobe Stock images that I have downloaded or added to my library. I would really like to have all my design elements in one central locatoin. Storing these on my computer takes up a lot of storage, and is not as useful when creating projects as storing them in Creative Cloud libraries would be. How do I go about storing all my assets (and fonts, if possible) in my CC library? What happens if I upload them to the cloud and then delete them from my computer? Will they stay in my CC library?

Any tips on storing assets in CC libraries is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Would Adobe Bridge be useful in this case for what am I trying to do? I don't really understand exactly what it is and what it is used for though.

I recommend you get an external hard drive for storing files.  Creative Cloud is not a dedicated cloud storage service like DropBox or Google Drive nor should it be used like one.   Files stored on your hard drive's Creative Cloud Files folder are synced to Creative Cloud Storage  for sharing with other devices and collaborating with fellow workers.

it means those are how adobe intends users to utilize sync'd files.

And make sure that you have backups.

that would be a mistake and you would probably be disappointed in the end.  adobe's cloud services are designed for sharing and collaborative work on files, not for storage.

here's basic info:  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/about-cloud-documents.html then for more info go here and check the beginner (if applicable) tutorials for cc useage and then advanced, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/tutorials-explore.html

you should use a cloud storage solution (eg, dropbox, onedrive etc) for cloud storage.
